At BoxKraft Studio, every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

- The wrong product was delivered

- The product was damaged during transit

- The product has a manufacturing defect

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To raise a claim, please share:

- Order number

- Clear photos/videos of the product

- Images of the packaging

- Proper unboxing video proof

This helps us verify the issue and coordinate with the courier partner if required.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package.

The video should clearly show:

- The unopened parcel

- Shipping label

- Product condition after opening

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only after verification of the issue.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from BoxKraft Studio.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order goes into production or dispatch.

Once printing, customization, or processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Color & Print Variations

Slight variations in:

- Colors

- Print placement

- Material texture

- Finishing

may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Minor variations are considered normal and not treated as defects.

7. Delivery Delays

BoxKraft Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier services

- Weather conditions

- Strikes or lockdowns

- Natural disruptions

- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
