Ordering & Payment
What is the minimum order?
Printed products: 100 pieces for stickers, thank-you cards, hang tags, business cards and jewellery cards. 50 sheets for sticker sheets and 50 flyers. 500 for garment labels, and 1,000 sheets for custom tissue paper.
Ready-stock products (no printing):
- Plain tamper-proof polybags: 100 bags per size
- Self adhesive kraft tape: 2 rolls
- Honeycomb paper wrap: 1 roll
- Crinkle shredded paper: 100g per colour
- Clothing hang tag string: 100 pcs
Each product page shows the price for every quantity.
Why is there no Cash on Delivery?
Every order is printed specifically for your brand and can't be resold, so all orders are prepaid. You can pay by UPI, Paytm or card, and nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Are prices inclusive of GST? Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. All prices include GST, and every order comes with a GST invoice. If you'd like your GSTIN on the invoice, add it at checkout.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, samples are available for select products. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss what you need.
Can I return an order?
Printed orders are made specifically for your brand, so they can't be returned unless there's a printing error or damage. Ready-stock products can be returned within 7 days if unopened. See our Refund Policy for details.
Artwork & Proofs
Will my print look like my design?
Yes. After you order, we send you a digital proof for approval. Production starts only after you approve it, so check spelling, colours, size and placement carefully.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all common file formats, including PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PNG and JPEG. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, CDR) give the sharpest results, and images should be high resolution (at least 300 DPI at print size). If you're unsure, send what you have on WhatsApp and we'll tell you whether it will print well.
What colour mode should my file be in?
CMYK is best. RGB files will be converted, which can cause slight colour shifts. You'll see this in your proof before anything is printed.
Can you help me design my artwork?
Yes, we help with basic design free of charge, such as setting up your logo for print, adjusting layout and size, or adding simple text. For a completely new design from scratch, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.
Production & Delivery
How long does it take?
Printed products: printing takes 3–5 working days after you approve your proof. It may take longer during peak seasons, and we'll always keep you informed.
Ready-stock products: dispatched in 1–2 working days, with no proof needed.
Delivery after dispatch usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Do you deliver across India? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship across India. Shipping starts from ₹80 and depends on your order’s weight and delivery location. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes, depending on our current workload. Please check with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Materials & Customisation
What materials do you print on?
Depending on the product: standard and premium (350gsm) card, textured ivory card, non-tear waterproof stock, glossy vinyl, transparent sticker film, satin and cotton for garment labels, and 40 GSM butter paper for tissue. Each product page lists its options.
Can I get custom sizes or shapes?
Yes, we offer custom die-cut shapes and sizes for most stickers. Send us your specifications on WhatsApp for a quote.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file for 3 months, so reorders within that time don't need a new proof. Just message us "Reorder" on WhatsApp and we'll send you a checkout link.
