File & Artwork

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files (minimum 300 DPI at print size). Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS) are preferred for the sharpest results.

What colour mode should my file be in?

Please submit artwork in CMYK colour mode. Files submitted in RGB will be converted, which may cause slight colour shifts.

Do you offer a proofing process?

Yes! Once we receive your artwork, our team will send you a digital proof for approval before we go to print. Production begins only after you approve the proof, so please review it carefully for spelling, colours, and layout.

Can you help me design my artwork?

We focus on printing, but if you need design assistance, feel free to reach out via our Contact page and we'll do our best to help or point you in the right direction.

Orders & Quantities

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by product. Please check the individual product page or contact us for details on the specific item you're interested in.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are available for select products. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Production & Turnaround

How long does production take?

Our standard production time is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Turnaround may vary during peak seasons — we'll always keep you informed.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Materials & Quality

What materials do you print on?

We print on a range of materials including standard, premium, non-tear, ivory depending on the product. Each product page lists the available material options.

Customisation

Can I get fully custom sizes or shapes?

Yes! We offer custom die-cut shapes and sizes for many of our Stickers. Contact us with your specifications for a quote.

Can I print my logo and brand colours?

Absolutely! That's what we're here for! Submit your brand assets with your artwork file and we'll ensure your prints are on-brand.
